Chausson Partners is a leading European investment banking boutique for venture private placements. We raised over EUR 1 billion over the past few years for the benefit of more than 300 companies, including Ornikar, Meero, MPG, Planity, Elicit Plant, Omie & Cie, Combo, Singulart etc.

Our 10 people team is made of partners, principals, associates and analysts with distinct backgrounds in startups, banks, VC firms and corporates, brought together by a common passion for entrepreneurship and tech. As a small team, interns tend to have a high impact on our daily work life, therefore we care a lot about finding the right persons. You will participate in all steps of the fundraising process in support of the team and the entrepreneurs:

- Preparation of investment documentation (executive summaries, pitch presentations, business plans, etc
- Analysis of financial and operational reports, presentation of meaningful KPIs
- Financial modeling and valuation work
- Market and company analysis
- Meetings with entrepreneurs and potential investors
- Possible recruitment opportunity
- You will also support the team on various side projects (VC ecosystem watch, contribution to business development, etc)

- Tech and entrepreneurship curiosity
- Academic background in a top business or engineering school
- Previous experience in investment banks and/or advisory firm and/or any proof you’re analytical, rigorous and like playing with numbers
- Experience(s) working in/with startups
- Fluent in French and English
Professional use of key fundraiser tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion...)
