We focus on fund raising and we do it well. Our areas of expertise particularly include information technologies, cleantechs, and life sciences.

We work on a full spectrum of transactions, ranging from seed capital fund raising to private investments in public equity (PIPE). Indeed, we are proud of our flexibility, raising money either for two smart entrepreneurs building the next great technology in an undersized office, or for listed companies.

To do so, we have close relationships with a diversity of investors: venture capital funds, business angels, strategic buyers and high net worth families.
